exo²’s heated clothing exhibits body hugging characteristics that allow these products to be worn as “active mid-layers” or as an outer garment when desired.  Although exo² heated products are windproof and moisture resistant, you can now wear your favorite motorcycle jacket or light jacket over the StormRider or StormWalker with just a shirt underneath.  The breathable membrane of the outer fabric keeps the moisture out and “The Heat Inside”.

The exo² heated vests, heated jacket and heated back support all provide heat to the lower back/kidney area while the StormRider Bodywarmer provides heat to the front, upper back and lower back when direct connected to your motorcycle, ATV, etc. battery  The StormWalker Vest and Jacket provides heated pockets as well for relief when gloves can’t be worn.  We’ve got a heated product that is just right for you no matter what you do outdoors for work or leisure.

Invented and developed in the United Kingdom by Robin Caird, FabRoc™ has been keeping European customers warm for nearly two decades. After years of research and development, Mr. Caird created this unique and innovative material that actually conducts heat itself (without wires running throughout). This arrangement, with its Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) provides a more even, safe and soothing warmth than the old heated wire technology, still used today in other brands of heated clothing.

exo² executives learned of this breakthrough technology while seeking to find the absolute best heating solution for a single product they were seeking to produce. Realizing the limitless applications and potential to heat items never before heated and to improve items heated by outdated or unsafe technology, they found not only a tremendous technology in FabRoc™ but even more tremendous partners in James Laing and Robin Caird of exo² UK. A rewarding partnership was formed and all team members have worked closely together ever since to find new solutions to combat the fact that people get cold and they would prefer not to be. Since joining forces, several new products are set to be released this fall with many more in various stages of R&D.
